Man...with TC's loss...this one is hard to figure. TC always plays well against SC. SC has played their worst game of the year against TC at least the last 4 years.

 

Well twan as bad as i hate to say this if we don't play better next week than we did this week it's gonna get ugly for my jackets. I bet there will be a big crowd on the creek bank though it's always exciting when these two meet.

I expect no less this time either. I just hope SC can show up this year. We sure didn't last year.

I flat out refuse to put a prediction down on this one until a little later in the week. It is tough, SC has a tough team this year, but i have grown up with a mystical force around the words Trousdale County. I feel like TC will be thrashing to stay above the 500. mark, which will make it a good game. It's gonna be close, just don't wanna say yet who will win it.

Well with the way TC is playing right now...I don't expect this game to be much of a game...But I could be wrong...But i'm gonna go ahead and say SC 41 TC 14...

Your giving us alot of credit there. I don't think it will be that bad, this should be a great game, TC is at home, playing SC, in danger of starting out the season 1-3. This will not be any blow out, although I would like to see us do that after last year. I'm goin with my Owls, 27-14.

      RR, you might remember. Didn’t someone hide the kicking shoe that game? It seems I remember we had missed a kick the week before, and we needed all the points we could get. We thought we had a better chance going for two, so $?&@$ hid the shoe after the first miss that game. No one on our sideline looked for it very hard.

      I will never forget the 1983 Heritage vs Maryville game. I remember driving home and listening to WGAP. Can't remember the announcers name. He asked Coach Story why he kept going for 2? Story told him " Why didn't you ask Renfro that last year"

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
