Coffee County will put up 50+ points and beat another team they should beat. Why the 50? Maybe to make last weeks game not look as bad, or is that even possible? I hope they dont run the score up again like they did Shelbyville cause Tullahoma could have against them but chose not too in the 3rd quarter. Running the score up doesnt fool people unless you can back it up the next week. Coffee County didnt. Good luck to both teams. I just hope Coffee County shows mercy like Tullahoma did for them, and I hope all the kids get to play.

Who won this game last year?

Cumberland County is down with some of last years team now at the new high school.

Coffee gets its first of three region wins this year in the weak sister region and make the playoffs and finish third.

I guess there is so satisfaction in that.

It will not be close. The only question is : when will the dogs be called off?

Sportsmanship or stat-padding?

That is a moral dilemna.

Is Coach Price's integrity in question here? What reason would there be to run up the score on anyone? What will stat-padding do for anyteam? It does not change reality, only the illusion thereof.

Coffee wins big...just don't run up the score, cause you could.

just wondering............in high school football when do you "call the dogs off?".........i was at the shelbyville game, shelbyville has a couple of players who have the ability to be explosive............how many points is enough when you are playing a team who can score on any given play?...........given they didn't in the second half but they certainly did in the first............

that being said again just how many points is enough when your special teams and defense has been burned on big plays in the past...............

all this "junk" on here about the raiders and the coaches really amazes me.........one thing i am sure of about this team is that the players in this program are dedicated and work hard.............they have had to make a commitment to football that involves a year round commitment to strength and conditioning which really separates the ones who want to play from the wannabes..............there are alot of good kids in the program who have alot of heart

that's all i have to say about that..........

Thank you for finally metioning heart. Everyone has been writing these boys off after last weeks game, only to fail to mention how dedicated they really are. Also everyone has bad-mouthed the coaches. Do you realize that if a player doesn't show up for practice the coaches actually call to check on them? It's not just a phone call to get yelled at for being MIA but an actual bit of concern for the wellbeing of the boys. That says a lot. The coaching staff at CC have their hearts in it, as do the players. That's a new thing for CC if you ask me.
