Hah Fulton and Maryville can beat McCallie I'm sorry but that is the truth!!! Fulton's O-line is massive, they have a little trouble doing anything until Rogan get upset then they get to work!! And I don't even have to say anything about Maryville.

I say Alcoa got this one cause I'm sure Rankin has been working them to death, Alcoa isn't ready to lose another game. Alcoa by 14

don't be confused McCallie didn't beat Riverdale they got a gift from a Dee dee dee coach....

33-27....looks like a win to me. I've read a lot of your posts denlron, and you never give McCallie any credit. The fact of the matter is McCallie could've quit being behind late in the fourth quarter. They played the full 48 minutes and Riverdale did not. Riverdale had every opportunity to stop McCallie and they failed to do so. Hey, I love Ooltewah too, but are you really that upset over them not being the best team in the Chattanooga area?

The truth???? Please tell me, in all of your infinite wisdom, how you came up with this?

Yeah, that's the key, putting pressure on Coleman. Ask R'dale and BA. It's a piece of cake.

Don't lose sight of the fact that this is a non region game and neither coach is going to do too much to put their stars at risk. Don't get me wrong, both Potter and Rankin will play and play hard to win but it won't be like a region game. Altough the fans will hype it up, the coaches will use it to try to tweak some things and make their respective teams better.

McCallie 38

Alcoa 28

McCallie has a good team. But the Riverdale win was a gift.

Moving on...........McCallie will win against Alcoa.

Man, what a gift! They were "given" the ball on their own 47 with 1:23 on the clock and no time outs. Then in 11 plays, they were "given" a touchdown and extra point. Then with 8 seconds to go, they were "given" another gift. Then with no time left on the clock, McCallie received another gift. You're right, it was like Xmas in August.

I don't know about gifts and all of that, McCallie would not come close to beating Maryville. Fulton I am not sure about. I did say Alcoa would lose three this year and I think McCallie will be the third one. Sorry Tornado fans but in 2A, in East TN you are on top. But outside of 2A vs. good teams Alcoa is average at best. McCallie will be Alcoa's last loss till the State Game IMO, then I'm not sure yet.

Yes...yes...we all know that Maryville would beat every team they choose not to actually play. The Rebels are undefeated in theoretical games.

    • Never in my life have I seen a team in a scrimmage against their own defense look so lost and confused. The defense didn’t look much better, the coaching staff can’t keep their anger together, not only with the players but also with their other coaches. I feel awful for those players. None of them look like they wanted or should’ve been out there, but for the grown men on the sidelines acting like fools, it's just embarrassing to the Farragut name and reputation. I now see why they chose not to live stream this on their YouTube channel.
    • We could sure use some math teachers country wide. Ever go into a store or restaurant and the bill comes to $9.97 and you give them a ten dollar bill and 2 pennies because you wanted a nickle back and then the meltdown starts and the next thing two more people have to come and help figure it out and the place comes to a complete halt. I see this everyday and it's a sad representation of all these schools allowing these kids out the door to get shortchanged the rest of their life.
    • I like the Pirates chances. I’ll be there as soon as work allows.
    • Stars, I heard we were searching far and wide for some math teachers. Any chance their kids bench press or 40 times are getting checked? LOL I’ve heard good things from 825.
    • I think it was expected. “Bad” luck I guess to get a couple difference maker QBs in the same class. I thought the decision was made a little early myself, but they were struggling offensively last year.  I assume the running quarterback alco had last year would be a senior this fall, and the transfer would start the following two years in addition to getting a ton of playing time this year. Maybe he waits two yrs, but I doubt it. The kid is good. So is the one who stayed.
