Maryville wins 2 rounds and gets sent home in the quarterfinals.

I hope this happens but Maryville will probably win the state again.

I wish Maryville was in 5A and could play DB, Riverdale, and Gallatin.

That would be exciting.

No way it would be more than 60 point difference. Coach Q would have 3rd and 4th string in once the gap is 24 or better. He has never and would never run a score up. Check the games this year, in several the 2nd and 3rd strings got more playing time than the starters. My pick is Rebels by 28, 1st string see 1 or 2 series in the 3rd quarter. Go Rebels.

I agree Coach Quarles takes his foot off the gas when his team is four touchdowns ahead and starts putting in the reserves. A smart move to strengthen for the future. Thats why Maryville keeps on winning. There isn't much drop off with their subs.

Last year against White County some of the Freshmen, who are now dressing out with the varsity, got in late in the game. I think one might have scored a late TD.

Everyone so far has called it the way it will be. This Chattanooga Brainerd team has been decent in the past but they get in the playoffs by attrition do to a weak region so this is a blowout. Maryville by 5 touchdowns.
