Fairley @ Henry County

I have a a busy week and want to make sure everything is pretty much caught up by Thursday so I can spend Friday in "Worryland." Besides, the Munford coaching staff has not delivered my game film yet, so I really don't have much to comment on about Fairley. I know nothing about them.

Good one RedPride! I have heard that they are athletic, bigger up front, but less disciplined than Melrose. Special teams will play a huge factor in this game. If we can shut down their Kickoff return, then we can and will out score them.

Mornin Yanker! I don't think there is trouble up here. There was activity on here Saturday through Monday morning. I think we are running out of good football talk about Fairley. The crowd will be up this Friday, it is going to be great!!! I understand about your work, but look forward to you coming up here this Friday!

 

The YANKER will be there with some friends. I was impressed with your Ridgeway crowd but concerned about the East playoff crowd. What should I tell my friends about the expected crowd this week? If it is no larger than the East game, your community does not deserve the playoffs or this team!!!!! The YANKER has spoken!!!!!

Melrose game is LONG GONE and no reason to revisit. Thinking about Fairley is only concern now. No one from Fairley posts on this so hard to converse. Take a break from work and drop us a line on occasions.

 

Taking a break now my "Winged Wonder of an HC friend"!!!! The YANKER continues to be concerned about your PITIFUL playoff crowd. Is Henryland a band town...a baseball town...a basketball town...a soccer town...an arts and crafts town...a flea market town...or a FOOTBALL town????? There is only one acceptable answer for the YANKER...and that is football!!! If this crowd is weak...you should all move out of that place and take your team with you...we will take #34 (all 25 years of him) and #58!!! I AM THE YANKER!!!!!

Oh yanker, No problems here, we are on a roll and looking for another win on Friday, Intensity is at an alltime high and anyone in our way needs to know what they are doing. As Melrose found out the other night, ( they had several layers leave the game due to injury) that we are a physical football team, not much finesse here. Look for Fairley to come out with a lot of emotion. We have got to match it, I think we will, We are the better team but that does not always mean a win is ours, we were better than Southside and they beat us, we were better than Munford and they beat us. We are better than Fairley, and it is the 3rd round of the playoffs and crazy things will happen on Friday, will we make these things go our way or will it go Fairleys way?

I have come to the conclusion that my multi-personality problem is your fault. I never know what names I will be called when I read your responses, so I am always questioning who I really am.

 

Those of us who show up faithfully, no matter the weather, the opposing team, or who is playing college ball, deserve this team. More importantly, they deserve us.

Cougar mike, seems like you are a little sensitive this morning, maybe I have missed something, but RRP post did not sound like a shot at Munford or you, if I were a coach of something like you claim to be, I would not be on here calling people names. Munford had a great season, lets leave it at that. Oh and to answer your question, RRP I have heard coaches the film etiquette team assisted by the Yanker.

Our "Cougarring Munfordian" friend may have had a bad morning my "Westerly Footballing Tennessean" of a friend. By the way, the YANKER rarely serves in an assisting mode...the YANKER leads...I AM THE YANKER!!!!!

I'll post lighty so not to show my "ignorance" about football.

To MY Beloved Patriots, I couldn't be prouder of a group of guys! You're hard workers who have earned each win, with nothing handed to ya.(keep it that way)

For a win this Friday you have to start fighting for it NOW & continue doing so through ALL 4 quarters Friday night. The only thing that will be easy Friday night will be spitting, so prepare yourselves well. Listen to the coaches & don't be hot headed or it will cost ya.

If you are on the field playing football, then I'll be there in any weather condition. I'll do ALL that I can as a Proud Patriot Fan to pump the crowd & the players for your benefit. If crowd noise is what you want, then no matter how stupid I may look, CROWD NOISE IS WHAT YOU'LL GET!

Don't make mistakes that you will regret the next morning,

Take nothing for granted,

Never Assume any thing,

Focus on the task at hand,

Be a leader & not a whiner,

And remember God only helps those that help themselves,
