Alcoa vs. Maryville 2007

I doubt he will be better or even as good as Douglas. He doesn't have the size or speed douglas has. And i doubt he has the soft hands either. Hard to get much better than 88.

You also have to remeber that TR is a Sophmore so he is definitely not as good as Douglas yet. There's probably about 70 kids on Alcoa's squad this year. They look good.

They went from nearly 100 to 70????? What happened?! Dats one big drop there. I dont think the senior class was 30 kids. Last year was the first time Alcoa ever ordered over 90 jerseys, per the coaching staff.

 

I think more of the same in 07. Rebels 21, Big Wind 14. The difference lies in discipline and depth, as always.

Alcoa has a four-way scrimmige a week from today and they have the jamboree August 17 I believe. The four-way scrimmige involves Alcoa, Faragut, Mo West, and South Doyle. Don't know where the site is right now. I'll post back when I know.

Think So? I will expect GQ to call the dogs off by the end of the 3rd. This year MHS won't make as many mistakes to allow Aloca to stay in the game. looking for the normal huge crowd looking for that upset that won't come this year.

 

I do hope the Alcoa boosters fire up the grills for those great hamburgers they have over there every game.

This is one game I am going to try to make this year. I went last year and it was one of the best highschool football games ever.
