CougarBrown
CPA's Connor Lowery looked awesome last year. I have not seen him play this year but would only assume that he has only gotten better.

Big Country
Connor Lowry (CPA) Whit Mahan (Goodpasture) Jeremy Roark (Harpeth) All are midstate quarterbacks having fine seasons throwing the football up to this point for three teams that I believe will all be in the playoffs. decleater
Looking at the stats yesterday in the paper all that have been stated are great picks but there is a 2A QB in the top five not mentioned here. DCA's QB Chris Pierce is in the top five at number 4 right above Lowry for CPA and was the second leading passer is region 5 2a last year as well coming in under CPA's Conner Lowry. Tom142
Alcoa QB, and future Kentucky Wildcat, Randall Cobb. His stats may not be as impressive as others, but that's because he only plays one half of virtually every game. He's one of the top, if not the top, dual-threat QB's in the whole state. Govolsknox
I'm going to have to throw in the name Chris Cates, CAK as one of the best in east TN. As far as stats, take a look: 5 games, 1178 yards, 17 touchdowns, 2 interceptions, 63% comp perc He too has not been on the field for full games every week. Last week he was 12 of 15 for 173 yds. and 4 TD's in less than one half. Not a bad start.
