I don't think he's played D this year. He played some LB last year and I think more extensively early in his career. I think he'd be a good college LB w/ a little more bulk on his frame. My fear for him as a running back at the next level is that he runs straight up with very little lean (certainly just the opinion of a "Saturday moring QB . . . ).

I agree....very little body lean.....does not run low. On the upside to this.....neither does the Titans Chris Brown or ex Titans RB Eddie George......you see that style alot in the pros. Pretty much muscle vs. muscle........not much juking....

Very true. I guess the issue at this point is that CJ's durability has been more in the Chris Brown mode vs Eddie . . .

 

Should be a great game tonight. I'd expect a huge crowd -- Ensworth has some very passionate fans. I hope the BA student section is ready to roll! Paint up and make some noise guys!

BA completely dominated this game. Congrat's to BA for advancing to the state finals. It will be a dog fight against MBA next weekend.

 

Ensworth had a great season for their first varsity schedule. They deserve a lot of credit for overachieving this year.
