Congrats to Coach Creasy of Riverdale for snagging the Trousdale County job. Bet he is really excited about going back there. Who is in the running to fill his shoes at Riverdale ? That also means that Bobby Brown from Lebanon will be staying put there as he was in the finals for the job at TC.

 

Also.....did they ever fill the DC position at Siegel?? Word was circulating round Siegel that Coach Mitchell ( formerly at OHS and currently at Smyrna) was offered it. I never heard if he took it or not or it was just a rumor. I actually thought he might try his hand at OC at Smyrna or as the HC of baseball since Vetter is leaving.

 

 

That is 2 prime DC spots in the region for folk ready to make the move......throw out some names folks!!

That's quite a rebuilding job they have on their hands...graduating 29 seniors, most were starters, many will play college ball.

Yeah, I guess Brown has been at his school the longest of any other coach in the region now.....with Watson at Siegel 2nd. Hard to believe.....

2P Vetter is not leaving he is gonna continue on...as far as DC at RIVERDALE who knows...there hasnt been a peep about it i am also hearing we are gonna lose 1 ro 2 more coaches so there could be more than the DC job opened up

Can anyone tell me what Oakland is looking like? I know they hired a new coach, but nothing has been said about workouts or spring practice. I guess the transition for the players are going pretty good!

With two teams recieving new head coaches and two teams in the need of new head coaches, I like Riverdale, WC, Lebanon, and LeVergne as the top four in the region. These teams will battle for the region title. Next year is up for grabs and bragging rights as the top team in the region. Should be an exciting season of football.
