LCHSgrinch
wow....thats pretty good....did you steal that stirring speech from Vince Lombardi? Its pretty amazing to me that you take this stuff so seriously that you somehow think that you have been "slapped in the face" with the discussion of Sowell, which if I remember correctly was originally brought up by one of your fellow panthers....you might ought to go find a book on "How to get a life" and keep high school football in its proper perspective....give me your number so I can get a hold of you to schedule you speaking to my civic club....we need some good thoughts on "The Bigger Picture"....by the way....we have water girls Let's clear the air, this is a website for High School Football Fans, we are supposed to give our thoughts and insight to games that mean so much to us. SO, if you don't like the conversation you are reading, then go to another site which has topics of "Self Help" and " Life, as we know it" so you can have an intelligent conversation with another hopeless BULLdog fan who will have to find a way to vent his feelings of a loss. My number- 796 IWIN, you might have to stay on hold for a while because I am currently taking applications for the new WATERGIRL position for our team, what a brilliant idea you BULLdogs have in keeping another distraction on the field. I like this technique have enough distractions it takes your mind off the game. I love it! Also, thanks for the Lombardi reference, makes me realize how close I am to being so great. One step at a Time...............is that what is taught at the "civic" meetings?

viking_fan
Ah, the dreaded Phantom Injury. The practical shots at people's family,(Inbred, Ignorant, or even Ugly). The talks about games past. The name calling between players. The inventions of goofy dances celebrating your teams recent success, . All of this reminds me of the "Real Men of Genius Commercials" Today we salute you Mr. Coach T Avenger Sitting at home in your underwear waiting on that fool across the county to diss your team. [i pity the fool] Eating nothing but baloney and hot sauce at the computer. [where is that Pepto?] All this time, you pray that your team wins and wins big just so you don't look like a complete idiot and have to think of some more excuses of why your team is just not that great. [ what was I thinking] So again we salute you Mr. Coach T avenger, oh how your thoughts and insults mean nothing to the game, but you are a hero in your own eyes. So have an ice cold BL on us, and cherish these moments of greatness [ Oh,Mr. CoachT avenger] an Anheiser Busch Company LOL, I hope this lightens the mood in the topic. /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> Didn't know you were so funny, Grinch! dudumonaghan
For a team that only beat fairview 7-6, ya'll sure do have big heads... i hope your players don't reflect the same mental activity that you fans do. But then again, I guess that's why ya'll are the fans, and they are the players... Better hope the dawgs play better than they did vs. Fairview because it seems like if ya'll had SO much team speed, you may have put up better offensive numbers... It seems to me as if ya'll have had too many close calls for me to say Hickman Co. will win the game, let alone win BIG... Lewis Co. by

Must feel good to finally get lucky and beat the Pathers. But i wish the dawgs would get over last years win, because it has zero to do with friday night. hcbulldogfan112
Based on www.highschoolsports.net here are the numbers that I come up with: Lewis County (7-0) has rushed for 2240 yards on 294 attempts (7.619/carry) Lewis County's opponents have rushed for 719 yards on 167 attempts (4.305/carry) Hickman County (6-1) has rushed for 1934 yards on 268 attempts (7.216/carry) Hickman County's opponents have rushed for 550 yards on 174 attempts (3.161/carry) Should be a good matchup! To be fair I have decided to post the passing statistics as well; so here goes: Lewis County (7-0) has completed 13 of 25 passing (52%) for 204 yards (8.16/per attempt) with 1 TD and 2 INT. Lewis County's opponents have completed 52 of 103 passing (50.49%) for 387 yards (3.76/per attempt) with 1 TD and 5 INT. Hickman County (6-1) has completed 15 of 46 passing (32.61%) for 230 yards (5.00/per attempt) with 5 TD and 5 INT. Hickman County's opponents have completed 69 of 143 passing (48.25%) for 887 yards (6.20/per attempt) with 7 TD and 8 INT. I have watch Hickman play 5 of their 7 games this year; here is my point -- In my opinion HC is vulnerable in the secondary. I know that passing is not Lewis County's strong suit; however, if it comes down to a pass here and there Lewis County has a distinct advantage. JMHO!
