Bassmanbruno
The Owl fans on this board are nothing but a classless bunch of jerks who evidently don't know what it means to win with class. Hopefully they are not indicative of the entire fan base and population of Ooltewah. If they are, then there must be nothing in Ooltewah but a bunch of classless rednecks. By the way Owl fans, you have a really good team and played a good game and deserved the win, but your linebacker is a cowardly punk for leading with his helmet and hitting late. Your post is an embarrassment to your fan base and I know that's not how most of yall are up there. I have two cousins that graduated from FHS. Kinda ironic calling the Owls fan classless rednecks. You're accusing a kid you've never met or trying to hurt your QB in a BLOWOUT where the outcome is not in doubt. Seriously, go cry some more. You are a sad human being if you really believe all this - but I'm sure you're still upset after your team got dominated so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt for now. Deliberately leading with your helmet under the chin of a QB in a likely attempt to cause injury or put him out of the game is a bush league cowardly punk move and it deserved at a minimum a penalty and probably the kid should have been ejected. Coach Courtney was absolutely right and justified to be livid over the no call. In fact the tape should be sent to the TSSAA for review and possible after the facthttp://tennessee.coacht.com/boards/ ... start=252# action against the player. Wow - I cannot believe what I'm reading. You should be banned from all message boards and exiled from your fan base.
92Dragon
If Farragut had won this game, would we be on here talking about late hits and no calls? I dont think anyone should get on here and call players or fans names. It is what it is.....we can't go back and change anything....let's move on. Good luck & God Bless to both teams the rest of this season!
StuartRow
Stuart, Did you go to Farragut? If so when? I was friends with a Stuart Row when I graduated in the 80's Nope, i got the name from a sign on the wall of Farragut's baseball field. ihavenofriendzz
It's ok FRIENZZ as long as I have being on coacht you have been crying and crying and crying. You used to whine and cry about Marshall when he played yall. You whine and cry about refs. Youre just a cry baby everyone knows that. Marshall graduated and you STILL are whining about him. Just except the fact your Farragut got it handed to them and let it go.You make excuses everytime. I KNEW youd be on her whining after that severe beating. I just wasn't sure what you could find in that massacre...but low and behold you have found something. Be glad when you can whine about going to the SLAUGHTER HOUSE cause it won't be fun for ya. I never said a word about that hit on Bryan. You should show the next play he takes it to the house for an Owl touchdown. Got that clip? /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" /> Where am I whining? I said Ooltewah handed it to Farragut on Friday. Me posting a video of a hit that you guys complained about in 2006 is me whining about Brian Marshall? That makes no sense. I posted it to show that you all complained and wanted a foul and even an ejection after that hit on him. That was all you guys talked about. I just don't see why all of the sudden all the Farragut fans are idiots for wanting a flag to have been thrown after the play Friday night. Seems a little hypocritical to me. And yeah you are right, the next time he touched the ball he did score., but that has nothing to do with what we are talking about. I didn't see the game from Friday, so I have nothing to whine or complain about. All I was doing was posting the video to show the play for which Courtney complained and got ejected for, then posted what I thought of the hit. No complaining at all. Me thinking it was a head to head hit is complaining? I could have said that the player should have been ejected for taking a cheap shot. Or the coach should be suspended for possibly telling him to do that, but I didn't. That would have been complaining. I think it was a head to head hit. I don't really care that Courtney got ejected, whether he is right or wrong he shouldn't have made a huge scene like he did. You are just like all the other people that hate me on this site. Everything I say somehow turns into me complaining and trashing or bashing someone. I am yet to figure out where you guys are getting these ideas from, but one day I expect one of you to actually show some proof of some kind. Until then shut your mouth. People say Farragut people are cocky. ha. Everyone from the other teams seemscockier than anyone I have ever met at Farragut. Its sort of like, all the time with Bearden people on here. They talk all the trash in the world and the Farragut fans just take it and say a few things here and there then win. But there is a public outcry when Farragut fans get on here asking where the cocky Bearden fans are after they lost the game. We are terrible fans for that? Everyone for whatever reason hates Farragut for the exact reasons they are showing themselves. You guys hate Farragut cause we are "jerks" and "cocky" and "rude" and "classless", but its ok when you guys are all of those things and more when you are telling us that thats what we are? Hypocritical of you again. Obviously you will deny that what I am saying is true, but anyone reading these threads can see it, unless of course they already hate Farragut, which most people do. Whoever said that Reese got hit in the body first and thats why his head went back... That makes no sense. If your head goes straight back before the rest of your body moves... I think you got hit in the head. getting hit in the body would not snap your head back, without it having gone forward first.

fsunoles
Those of us sitting right infront of the TV saw the exact same thing you saw as well dude. They were zoomed in on the coach the whole freakin' time he was being escorted out. Everyone saw the same thing - you're just interpreting what he meant by it differently than everyone else. He had NO reason to diss Monroe - he was upset at the officiating. Stop and think about it. You are being escorted off the field do you think they are going to let him go over to Monroe and talk about what just happened. You people do not know they man at all. I have been around this man as a former player, friend, and now my son plays for him for 20 years and I have never seen him do anything like this before. He is a great person and a coach. You can say what you want about the game, about the hit on the QB, what ever you want about Farragut but I and not going to seat on here and let you disrespect a man that you do not even know. As he was going across the field he tried to get coach Monroe attention with a thumbs up and a wave at him but I guess Monroe did not see him. Don't make it out like he was trying to diss Monroe. Like I said he was being escorted off the field they weren't going to let him walk over to Monroe. For the H to H hit look at the very end of it and you will see his head going back really hard. fsunoles
We know it was going to be this way down there it was in 2006 with Ooltewah and at SD and it the same this year at both places. We can not even get a break when we play at our own place so whats new we are just going to have to play through it. Monroe might want to give a little talk to his people that does the chains for him. One of them about got tossed for running his mouth in the 1st quarter. Farragut had 7 penalties for 72 yards (2 were against your coach) Ooltewah had 6 penalties for 59 yards DOesn't sound like home cooking to me. Sounds like a way out fsu....
