Should be a good game. Would like to have the gate in this one. Both teams are having great year, fans should come out of woodwork for this one.

Should be a great game Between two good Def and two Off that could score at any time. Common opp. is Grundy where they equally had a good showing against them. Being at Marion could give them an edge. Will be a huge win for either team, but doesnt hurt much in playoff standing being each team will likely finish no worse then second in their district. Good luck to both teams.

Not to nitpick but the score was 43-7!

The Indians could easily be 4-0 right now instead of 2-2.

shoulda woulda coulda...........Truth is that this is a good hard hitting rivalry game and has been for years. Marion's offense still hasn't gotten on track yet, but the defense will keep every game close. MC by 2 td's.

Dad burnit recon the winner of this one will have purple colors for sure but which will survive this feud between the warriors and indians? OP is a tad torn on this here feud, jest can't git a feel for which is the best. Sounds as if SC should have won a least one game more and Jasper appears to have too many chiefs stirring the pot. Figure this one to be a toss up with a slight edge going to the home team.

I just hope it isn't a close game...................if it is, then Seq has to be the favorite........I saw in the paper that they have a kicker that can boom it. He kicked a 47 yarder the other night?? What about the good back that has been out hurt, will he be back this week??
He had three field goals during the CCS game from 47, 52 and 45 yards out! He also had a 25 yard FG that was taken off the board because of roughing the kicker that gave the Indians a 1st and goal!

The kicker is capable of making them if the team reaches the 35, that's proven. The blocking, the snap and the hold all have to be there too, last Friday they were and on a wet field. Other times, they haven't been, so that could all help determine the outcome of a close game.

Sequatchie, did you get the message on the playoff brackets?

    • While one may be inclined to perceive this narrative through a lens of fiction, it behooves us to recognize the inherent robustness of its credibility. For those seeking veracity, the surest path lies in direct engagement with the primary source. Let us adhere diligently to the matter at hand, focusing our deliberations on the matter of paramount importance: the identification of the individual most suited to assume the mantle of head coach. I invite introspection and discourse regarding not only personal preferences but also the criteria defining merit and suitability for this esteemed position.
    • If it’s one single kid then that argument would make sense. He’s essentially had to replace his entire coaching staff in the first two seasons, and like it’s been pointed out only one left for a better job. The two most talented players in the area both left, and number of others are actively trying to leave, including the head basketball coaches son. Also, the rumors of financial problems and over spending by Jones. Unpaid bills, missing money, inability to fundraise, has the boosters sick of being hit up for money.    Im saying that is the definition of a poorly run disorganized program. If you want to pretend it’s a well oiled machine maybe you should take your maroon glasses off. All I know is I wouldn’t let my boys play in that kind of mess.
    • It usually gets tiresome when posters play characters on the board, but I must admit that I’ve found some humor in wingback’s take on this art form.  However, his rundown on the potential candidates seems as much fiction as his persona!
