Smart guy that blitzinbuc. Jarred Allen is the difference maker in this game. Throws and runs better than the Loudon QB. He is one of those kind of players that makes everybody around him better.

Then the Polk County Wildcats get their shot at surviving the F5....................................................

Well after watching the game tonight i'm going to have to disagree...the Loudon QB seemed to be a little more impact and seemed to be the difference maker in this game, not taking anything from Jarred Allen he is a great player, but the LOudon QB seemed to have it goin for him tonight.

I'm very proud of our 'Cats tonight.11-1 history making team.Hard to see my,our boys take it so hard, but its their passion for the game.Loudon came out of the gate ready.Great game. The holes their o line were making going to the right were quite large. And #5 just ran it down the d line's throat. That was the best, toughest team they have played this year,IMO.Reminded me of little league heartbreaker with the same two teams about ,?,6-8 years ago? Congrats to the Cat's and Loudon. Now go shut Alcoa up,Redskins....... :thumb:

Polk will roll in this one I believe...Lets get em boys! :thumb:

I don't want to take anything away from Polk, those kids played with lots of heart and they showed more class than any team I've seen in the past few years even after a tough loss. I was a little dissapointed that very few gave the skins a chance. Polk is by far the toughest in there district up front but they had not seen a team that could match them in that department. I hope they weren't thinking about next week like their fans were. :thumb:

Congrats Redskins! I had a feeling you would pull this one out. Hard to bet against these District 4 teams. Sorry CAK couldn't get'r done tonight in Aluminumville but we gave it the good ole college try. Good luck next week. I'd say I want you to win, but then I'd be jealous that we weren't the ones to knock off the mighty Tornadoes. So I'll say, don't be intimidated, look'em in the eyes, strap'm on tight, and give it all you've got. That way you have no regrets. Good job representing the district tonight

Well this one is in the books and I have to say Loudon dominated this one up front. Wallace #5 ran hard all night and our D/L dominated in the 2nd half. How did Polk have 0 penalties in the game and we have 8 or 9? Well I won't whine no more we really kicked Wildcat tail tonight! Now we just need to give Alcoa all we can give them! Just hit em as hard as U can all night Big Red!

I will say the better team won tonight. Loudon's line beat us on both sides of the ball period and they were the difference not the QB. As far as your QB being more impact. If you put Allen behind that line he would be the best hands down. It didn't help that our running back and starting linebacker went out on the second play with a hurt ankle which changed the whole game plan.

Polk is very disciplined, they only average maybe 2-3 penalties a game. BTW you should be thankful for just 8 or 9. Your RB #5 was falling forward on every play the first half anticipating the snap. I'm not whining your line beat us on both sides of the ball and the better team won last night.

You should have had at least one unsportsman like for a player pushing after the play then yelling at the ref in the third quarter. I don't like to complain about refs, it is a hard job and I wouldn't want it. But you cannot honestly believe one team has 5 holding calls and the home team has none, this could be called every play if they wanted too. But then again, I believe those guys were from Monroe County, what do you expect.....

Now for the ballgame.......... I think we knew we could run the football against Polk as we had pretty much done that in our scrimmage......... So that was not surprising to me. Polk played with great heart and intensity, very physical, which was no surprise. I thought we were by far the more physical team tonight though, not only on the line but all around. I respect the Polk team and organization very much, you guys had a great year and shuold be very proud of your accomplishments.

I would just like to say congratulations to Loudon on their win. I couln't help but notice that #38 Michael Hargrove and #12 Jared Allen played with all their heart tonight. They never quit on any play! The radio station just kept on bragging on both of them. I am so glad they have another year. The rest of the wildcats our great too, and to the seniors you are all going to be missed. Good Luck to Loudon next week.

Why would you get on here and make a statement like that? Polks 0line has been good enough to win 11 games. 2 picks didn't help Polks cause any, is that the lines fault? 11 wins equals a good line, and I know you don't believe this, but it's a team game. Nice season Polk and the offensive line.

Nope. What do you expect exactly? I saw a great game last night and enjoyed it with a friend of mine from Loudon. Never heard one slam against Monroe County. Why now? Don't put them off on us. Good luck against Alcoa. Straight at them and control the ball with sure tackling defense and you've got a shot!

    • And can you tell me who those two quarterbacks were, and every kid that was put into college from Bearden is a Bearden kid? It’s kind of why they graduated from Bearden.   and I would definitely not consider ETSU “waste”…
    • Most of this is complete gibberish. But the one part I could decipher is putting kids in college. This coaching staff hasn’t put a single Bearden kid in college. They completed wasted one of the best WRs in East TN and have ruined two talented QBs. All because they’re in over their heads.
    • Well, I’d hope the new coaching staff thinks they are all that because they can always walk around the school, anytime they want, thinking that, especially for what they’ve done for the student athletes and the players, putting more kids in college in his first season than the old coaching staff did in numerous years combined, but we will just sweep over that because I know you don’t like facts. But trust me, nobody wanted Mr. Big britches, made the star player switch to quarterback, which is ultimately the reason he ended up transferring to play the position. He loved, but unfortunately, had to be at another school because Mr. Big Britches doesn’t like when a teenager knows more than him, but can’t expect much coming from a guy who used all class throwing pencils up into the ceiling and making fun of football kids who were failing class right to their face, and in front of numerous students, even projecting on the board most of the time.
