rigger101
funny fact to brighten the owl posters during this "wish we were still playin" stage of the football season Farragut football....one of great programs in state??? right?????......dominating??? last time Farragut played in a state Semi-Final.........1995 (you do the math) things happening in 1995....... sitcom 'Seinfeld" was on prime time TV Jerry Garcia was still alive idea to start website: ESPN.com Forrerst Gump wins a Academy Award for best picture Cal Ripken breals Lou Gehrig's consecutive game record Pam Anderson and Tommy Lee marry Coach Benny Monroe starting the streak -Blue Raider football teams to 3 straight state titles Fish get a life. FARRAGUT PROVED THEY WERE THE BETTER TEAM THIS YEAR! TALK ABOUT SOUR GRAPES! The Owls played an easy dist schedule. Not their fault but it cost them going into the playoffs. If it hadn't been FHS it would have been MHS. So you need to get back into your little pond where you are a big fish I guess! BTW-in 1995 I think Chatt Central was beating the Owls! How did the Owls do in 1995? Your Doing a lot of splashing about Farragut however they have went as far as the Owls in the playoffs and won just as many State Championships. 0 I would think the W-L record between FHS and the owls is close. This isn't the first year Farragut has popped the Owls out of the run for state. May not be the last. YOU folks hoot louder than most about their program so be cool. barnowl
I am looking forward to seeing how #36 Smith does in the Army All Star Game. It will be interesting to see how he does against people with equal or better talent. This will be a good measuring stick for him this spring and fall at UT. I wonder if he will stay at end or will they move him.
