  1. 1. Who will win this one?!

Nope we certainly won't be undefeated, since we've already lost. In fact, we probably won't finish with a very good record this year. However, no matter what else happens this year,we will still have 5 in a row over the Mildcats!

I meant you should not lose another game. Just looking at your sched, you all should take the state with ease.. No kidding.. With the coaching staff you all have plus the talent on the field you can't go wrong. Edited by bladerunner

I don't think so, BUT.....

We did at least have a good enough coaching staff and enough talent to put another big L on the Mildcats ! How does it feel to drop 5 in a row to poor little old Farra"gutless"? I mean how could mighty, legendary OR with about 47 state championships, and even a national championship, lose to poor little old Farra"gutless" so many times in a row? It must be just a bad dream or something.

If feels great. The better team won. I mean we were lucky to take it in to OT. I never actually thought we had a chance against the Farr.coaching staff I think you all will win the state. Not sure how many you all have won -but I think this team is it.. Really.. I think Bill Bates would agree.

Went to this game tonight to see OR and I will have to say with what Blade has you guys should have won this game. Great coach. Farragut had more play makers then you guys and Farragut did not impress me at all. Going to be a long year for them. Maryville, West, Riverdale, Catholic, Bearden. Going to be hard to maake it to teh playoffs this year.

The commit about going to the state you must not of watch the Aloca Maryville last night on TV. Aloca will get another Gold Ball and Maryville will be right behind them in 6A.

Oh.. I also ran into Nick Reveiz and tried to ask him about the game, but I could not get him to stop talking about himself.. in the third person.. Edited by bladerunner

At first I wondered if DB was that good and after the Clinton game I guess they are. And that Farr-A-Guttless isn't that good so where does that leave the Wildcats. We played them pretty much even so I guess except for the interception we are as good as they are. Kinda like kissing your sister.

I wouldn't say owns, just beat us two years in a row.. the loses under Stevens don't count.HA HA Your middle school could have beaten us three of those years. If you all think Your team looked good tonite then so did Oak Ridge. So we are about the same... but how much better is Kingsport DB? And where does that put both of us?

    • Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
    • I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
