Well let's see. This one should be pretty easy. Gordonsville has a bye this week. This quadrant is a 1 team quadrant. Gordonsville will win in round 2 by 40 points. Then they will win in round 3 by 40 points again. Round 4 could also produce a blowout win, IF South Pitt was to get upset. If South Pitt makes it to the semifinals then FINALLY Gordonsville might get a decent game.

I guess since you think G'ville is the only team in Quad 2, we should just not play and give them a automatic berth in the semi's against SP. I think Moore county if they beat Nashville Christian or Eagleville if they beat Huntland or Columbia Academy will give G'ville all they want and more. I don't think G'ville will mercy rule everyone they play before reaching that point. So, lets do a little fantasy quad 2 and I say Eagleville wins since you are so sure it's only a one team quadrant. That's why the games are played !

You're talking about Gville not getting a decent game?

On paper, Gville and SP both should have a fairly easy road to the semi's.

However, you never know what will happen on any given Friday.

You must have learned that fuzzy math. I see 5 other teams in that quad. You might ought to wait before you talk about blowouts. I'd say Eagleville or Moore County could burst your bubble. Ask South Pitt who played them the toughest last year in the playoffs.

I will tell you who played South Pitt the toughest last year in the playoffs. It was Gordonsville and all the South Pitt posters will tell you that. That game was a one possession game late third, early fourth quarter till Hale killed us with that 95 yard run after we blew a chance to take the lead. That was last years state championship game.

FNL, do we know each other?

I'd like to know who my allies are on here. 8-)

If you factor in how young they were, Coalfield probably impressed me the most in the semi-final game last year. G.V. put together the best effort even if it did require a game plan with 10 or 15 fake punt plays etc. :roflol: Moore County went down 49-14.

We have a fake everything in our arsenal, so you better be ready.

    • I remember very well watching things change in the late 80's and yes it's all schools. Most people that are in charge today have any idea because they were raised and taught under this social experiment so they don't have a clue. Anyone that does see the truth for what it is usually try and hide it by blending in so that the School Gestapo doesn't round them up and take them to the Fuhrer ( kindly putting it ). Yes it is all schools not just Maryville. This train ride is not headed in a good direction and if the public had seen a movie of what's happening now back in 1980 everyone would have been headed home afterwards to change underware.
    • Hoping to make the playoffs.
    • You are so correct!  It’s really 99.9% of academia want to change to way that education is not only taught but the way it is viewed.  The pendulum has definitely swung as far to the left as possible and eventually will swing to the right much too far.  I have always  said that politics and one’s personal religious views need to stay out of education,  but for the last 40 years education has been running full throttle to what we have today.  If the social experiment that we are currently experiencing continues it is only a matter of time before the public school system in the USA completely collapses and all kids attend private schools or even worse don’t go to school.
    • He was a bruise but Aaron Dykes is HVA’s best RB ever.
    • I am talking about what they both did for their team. They both carried their team for four years while they were both there. I wasn’t really comparing them that would be unfair. Bishop is on a level of his own.
