Tossup, as much as any matchup in tourney. SC had to come from behind to beat both.

So, today it's SC vs. Gallatin (12) & H'ville vs. Lebanon (3) at G. MJ vs. WC & Beech vs. Portland at MJ. Lacey pitched great and 3 unearned helped. Hasty for H'ville did his job.

Coaching baseball at GHS is not easy. You will always have Prom in the middle of district tournament. The city park has no tarp (which is more of a curse imo), and its a hassle to get to everyday for practice and such. I always thought it was easier to have the tourney at another site, get the guys ready to just go play...

Agreed, from your experience, prom should not be a factor. Period, if you want to play ball and help your team, be there. If not, wear flowers. Everybody elses is out of the way. Just sad you have to waste a day of play, when a little effort and forward thinking eliminates all this. But it is the "G".

No matter if Gallatin is the 1 seed or 4 seed people always complain, do you honestly think the coaches or players have anything to do with the date of prom? Complain all you want but Gallatin is still hosting, so deal with it

Only because they are in North Division. If they joined MJ side, they would never host. The city park is a joke! You think administration would schedule a prom-like event on a Friday night in the fall?

Totally agree. Should have played ball. Was at the field a bit after noon and field was in great playing condition. The real athletes would have been there regardless.
