My prediction may change but like 52 to 46 kind of game. Gville has too many demons to exercise with this team to expect to stop you more than a few times. Especially with as many times as i expect south pitt to go for broke and attempt 4th down conversions. Itll be an all night long battle.

There absolutely will not be 98 points scored in this game. SP isn't scoring 46 on the GVille defense. Only one time in this history have they scored 50 plus and that was early in the decade when SP was better and Gordonsville was down. 52-46 ain't happening. If Gordonsville scores 52 SP will lose by 3 touchdowns.

 

Also about the injuries from last season? I still think #15 and #1 being hurt an playing basically on one leg helped get us beat the next week. SP was much better when those two were healthy. Injuries for this year? SP lost probably their best two way linemen and the best LB they had to season ending injuries.

I think you can expect a very competitive game in Gville on Friday night. I would actually give SP the edge. You people need to get a clue.

Competitiv, yes; South Pitt, the edge ( with that defense) ? You probably thought Romney was going to win last night too. I'm going to label this upcoming game "Reality Check Friday"

Everyone of you who are thinking a GV blowout get ready for a reality check because of all the teams you have played you haven't played a backfield with the talent we have period. We may not have played the kind of line you have but you are in for a surprise of just how good these runners are when they are motivated and that they are. If we turn the ball over we lose no doubt but you better score because you want keep us off the board like you think. I think it will be one of the best games in years. Feel sorry for all the people who will miss the 1a state championship. Good luck hope all are injury free all seniors from both teams enjoy
