How much seating does schs have? I have not been to a high school game there in a dozen or so years. I know murvil travels well. Will there be many empties on the home side?

SC has a lot of tallent, but Maryville has more tallent and GQ -- he is a great coach and seems to always have his players ready - I see this game as yet another opportunity for his young kids to have playing time - I think that is one reason YOY they are good also - the young ones get varsity "mop up" duty which is invaluable, IMHO

I think MV will take this one. Their offense is fast and good at what they do. The SC defense allows to many points. Even MoWest scored over 30 points and they supposed to be way down this year. If SC can match score for score they may have a chance but I really don't see that happening.

Well no one is giving Sevier County much of a chance this Friday night, and rightfully so. With Maryville's recent history and the way they play mistake free assignment football, they are very hard to beat.  Reality tells me that the masses are correct and Maryville will win this game comfortably but that little optimistic man inside of me keeps saying "it is high school football and anything can happen." However, those anythings that can happen do not usually happen against Maryville. But as my good friends from "Little Texas" said "theres a first time for everything." Just wishful thinking
