You two sure seem to know what would fix the whole train wreck that is WB football so why don't you guys get your teaching certificate and apply for the job? Just explain to the AD the secret and I'm sure he would hire you on the spot for being so knowledgable about the situation!!

I'm not an expert and don't have a desire to coach myself. But there are some things that are completely obvious from the outside looking in

Amen to that. Some obvious things to me: they are losing too much; coaches are too worried about what parents say; LA has great fan support; it can't always be the kids' fault; wb almost never plays for next year; they spent more time this spring/summer thinking about the middle school program than their own; they have a great PA announcer and radio guy; they usually have nice uniforms; they have made too many bad coaching hires the past dozen years; and last but not least-one guy is not gonna change things at wb.

 

Like a lot of other people in this county, I hope they can turn it around.

I'm not a fan of those ugly uniforms. There was a place one time at the Forks of The River called Bike Athletic that had a store with a grab box full of funky football jerseys they made that no one wanted that you could buy for a dollar a piece. Well my friends when I saw those orange jerseys for the first time I thought of that grab box.

Huh? The orange uniforms are very nice and they look good with the blue pants

Gov I guess it's just the age difference between us that makes me feel that way. I really loved it when you all had uniforms that looked like Florida.

Don't care anything for those small numbers we have. There is a reason for those numbers. Even worse this summer in the seven on seven they wore numbers so little on those T-Shirts that had they been any smaller they might as well had them in their wallets.
