After losing Miss Basketball Sissom from last years team, I would've never predicted this team would make it this far. They had a mediocre regular season finishing 6-8 in the district. But what a great post season so far. Give credit to coach Dodgen for having these girls prepared

Defeated won the 1a title in the TNT tournament Springfield today over EK Baker. Congratulations to the Lady Braves.

Nice win for the Lady Braves. #4 and #32 are the two of the best two way players I've seen at the middle school level. Congratulations to the undefeated Defeated Lady Braves.

Central Magnet will play at the Roundhouse at McMinn Central Monday night at 7. For those traveling, I would say get there as early as possible. A line will start probably around 5. Generally, visiting teams sit behind visiting team bench all the way to the back. This one should be fun.

It should be fun if they don't raise the gym temp. to 80 deg.

McMinn Central's press has been stronger in previous years, but it was really on vs Sequoyah Saturday night. Really turned the game in their favor in the second half especially. It should be really good game. Central Magnet should be commended for beating the teams they had to beat to get this far.

I am a Cyclone fan and our conference is not real strong but I bet it's fun watching games in 8aa because that conference is loaded with good teams.
