Maryville hit 15 3's vs AC. No exaggeration and not sleepwalking. AC led with a minute to go when Hayes broke his wrist. He had 27 at the time.

Hmm not sure then. Sounds like AC is very inconsistent if that's the case. Hard to believe with that that they only scored in the 30's tonight.

I saw that. I don't know if it's more impressive that those two teams put up the points that they did tonight or least impressed with the defenses of both teams :-/

Yes, 3 kids were out 2 games but that is over now. Should be a full roster for Friday against Gibbs

How ' bout them Cats? 7 in a row over Maryville in hoops I do believe. Maryville is a very good team. Would love to see them both at full strength going at it. Impressive that we could still pull it off with how horrible we shot from the charity stripe. CC give me the lowdown. I had to work. Kept up with it through David Clary through twitter. How 'bout CC puttin' a hurtin' on AC?! Daaaang.

Crazy, it was over in warmups! I know Hayes is a big loss, but how in the world did AC play Maryville to a one point game two weeks ago?

Well all I can say is that game was just a scrimmage. Maryville, like other schools don't take a lot of stock in scrimmages for w's. AC on the other hand went all summer camps and all fall, trying to win every scrimmage. A lot of teams look at different players, combo's, etc.... But I heard that wasn't the case for AC. Don't get me wrong, u play to win and when u have won as few as AC has the last several years, u try and instill winning when u can.

 

If those two played a real game now, even with Hayes, I don't think it'd be close. JMO

I think BRAXTON helps them, but watching them for the past 2 games, this team wants to fight. The Stetson teams were physical but this team just wants to fight. I think we will win but I'm not impressed with our style of play.
