Nine teams from W.TN.. Dresden wins the 7on7. "Dresden was consistently the best team of the bunch the entire day, going 4-0 in pool play and winning three games in the tournament. Sounds like another  tough team outta the West. Gonna be a guantlet over there once the playoffs starts.

Had a great time meeting a Trenton player, and his grandad the other day.. As great as I'm thinking Dresden will be and as good as they've been so far in scrimmages and all... if  the other Trenton players have the same attitude as this young man did whom I met.. look out, Peabody gonna be hard to defeat no matter who their coach is. Every team in Region 7 better be ready & at the top of their game. LOTS of good individual players, coaches, and teams. It's getting exciting anticipating this year!

I garuntee you if our boys dont play a durn practice game they wont be ready for the jamboree. Grider is going to have to get that Ross man to tell that Woods mans tricks to even come close to stopping them. Thats if Grider can even make it to the championship game. Grider better try what that Ross man didnt. I aint joking either.

      Tough situation.  Not sure the ROI is there right now.   Might be better options that are cheaper.

      Yeah summer ball is really fun, but a lot of coaches are trying to play several kids to get much needed reps that they are not accustomed to. I would imagine Gibson County will have lots of players playing to get much needed reps. Want to win games but got to get experience as well and the rotation will be much deeper. I will be at MTSU, UTM Bethel and others. MTSU is the one I really look forward to.

      Its always interested to see the state teams the following summer after losing or not losing seniors and getting freshman and transfers. It's almost time.

      Maryville has Alcoa on the schedule at the right time of the season which helped last year instead of at the first of the year not knowing much. West will be hard pressed to repeat this year but next will be a different story.
