I've seen you guys play (on video) and there are athletes all over the field. PC's defense is impressive. QB looks and runs like a running back and has a nice arm too.

We alright lol. I just seen you guys on video but you know sometimes video does no justice. I want to see you guys in person. At this point I want to see this OL,DL that everybody is saying that dominants. Idk if there saying it because we are In Middle tn and there comparing us to MC. Edited by FBfan26

I think it's more because of East tn dominating the state the last 5 years and have all came from quad 1. It might be different this year but that's why people have been throwing out pedictions like that.

You will. Marshall County would have. We gave them very good field position on the first three drives. You can't win it in the first quarter against a good team like that but you sure can lose it when gambling doesn't pay off

Alright? That's like saying Alabama is a decent SEC team, or Kentucky is just getting by in basketball lol.  P-C definitely has Catholic's attention.  I'm talking "Fulton like preparation" and intensity lol. When we left for our basketball game last night, they were still practicing at 7pm (but I think they started late) Seriously, you guys are very talented and the Irish will have to bring their A game on Saturday. I would consider the Irish the underdogs. P-C has been here before, it's been 7 years since Catholic made it this far.

Bama is decent"LSUfan" lol but where ok. We just a young team that still hasn't played to it peak. Maybe yall are giving us fulton prep because they know fulton will be back up and this might be Knox last chance or maybe your just blowing smoke lol. Serious note we haven't been here since 97. We've made it to the semi's multiple times including last year just couldn't get over that hump. I expect nothing less from you guys but to bring your A game I know we will.

I misread an earlier post. I thought someone wrote that you guys played in a title game versus Fulton  I wasn't trying to blow smoke, but you guys do have a lot of athleticsm. The guys will have to be focused and prepared or it could be a game similar to our game with Fulton in the playoffs last year.

      Coalfield definitely isn't the same team they've had the past few years. They are still the favorites to make it out of their region because of their pitching. They have 1 arm that sits low to mid 80s and 2 other arms that are mid to high 70s with good off speed stuff. If you can avoid their top 3 bats in their lineup then you have a shot to beat them. Their 4-9 hitters are average at best. Wartburg's ace was able to shut them down last week in the game Wartburg won 4-2.

      It is the longest season. Plus, 30 games a year. No Christmas break. I would say basketball is the most time consuming.

      Winfree's senior year was the season she needed to secure more college interest. That opportunity was taken away from her. A lot of false assumptions can be made about what happened and what the options are. Unfortunately, the former coach and administration did not allow Winfree to have due process. A lawsuit was filed for a reason, and it will run its course by people who conduct discovery and take depositions. Unless the parties settle out of court, a lot of the pertinent issues will come to the public surface. The real questions are why was Winfree dismissed from the team, and why the administration backed a coach whom they did not rehire.
