2-3 could flip but think SC is better team with King and Shepherdson. DC has thrown to many int. In past 3 years.

1. Sequatchie

2. Dekalb

3. Upperman

4. Smith

5-7 could be either team as of right now..cannon ain't no joke of a team like last year them boys are out for blood..I expected York to lose by a lot more which shocks me that they didn't have to see them play someone else..Grundy right now just Killin ourselves we should be 3-1 on the year

Similar to Sequatchie. 35-6 with five minutes left in game. Sequatchie cleared the bench and York hit an 84 yard touchdown pass. Then got the onside kick and scored again in the last 1:30 or so against starters. Not a good finish by Sequatchie but not bad before that, playing through some injury and sickness.

I noticed Yorks middle linebacker on the bench not playing again tonight. Talked to a dad and he said one of the starting defensive line was out for the second week in a row. Then heard them say the starting safety was not playing due to cutting a class or something. That hurts in wins and losses but I'm glad they are holding kids accountable. im sure there is a lot of parents and fans griping but as an alumni and the father of a football alum I'm proud to be a Dragon and support them fully. Will be interesting to see if anything comes from the throwing stuff on the field at the end of the game.

    • Yes this process is moving slower than I would have expected
    • also was told coady auston applied, he served as defensive coordinator for greenfield under don pitt several years ago before going to Obion county
    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
    • Are you trying to say you didn't find Seven and ShadySlim going at it?
