You don't replace her you just hope next girl up can play as good as she can. The loss hurts no doubt but the season is young and the replacements have time to learn before tourney time. EN still top five team imo. Three starters from last year remain and young girls learning quickly. Hate it for the lady eagle. Her brother had the same injury his senior year.

My state top 10 in AA

 

1. East Nashville

2. Upperman

3. McMinn Central

4. Fulton

5. Pearl-Cohn

6. Westview

7. Jackson Southside

8. Cheatham County

9. CPA

10. Creek Wood

 

I don't think East Nashville is #1. 2nd best player on the team tore her ACL and is out for season. I have seen the before/after team and it is not close. Still have a great player in Overton but the girl who tore her ACL was a big, big loss.

Upton toe her ACL. She was the MVP of state tourney last year as a soph. that takes 2 of the top 3 scorers from last year off the floor. (1 graduated)

They still have a chance to improve before tourney, but this is a big loss.

I would put Dyersburg at 10, not 4. It's 8 teams better than them. They are way too inconsistent. You never know what team is gonna show up.

I'm just telling what this says. It goes by schedule rank and Dyersburg is 14th in that category while a couple in the top ten are 98th, 99th, and 100th. But I'm sure it's done changed by now. This was as of yesterday

Always hate to hear this when it happens.  These young ladies work so hard to get to this point of their careers and then this happens.  Hopefully she'll have a speedy recovery and get back on the hardwood for her senior season!  

 

With that said i'd have to put Upperman as the #1 team at this stage of the game but a lot of things can happen before March.  I'd also throw Smith County in there as my sleeper team.  I've watched them play a couple of times and they are solid and gritty.

I'd agree at this point. Wouldn't count out westview as they were tough last year and are rolling this year. Wouldn't count out EN either they play hard and the younger kids will improve under the head coach.
