I believe with what this offense can do this year we can score 28 or more on most teams that are on our regular season schedule. I don't know if that translates to wins, but I hope it does.

I guess defense don't win championships anymore just speed on offense does..sounds like SP is counting all their eggs before they hatch..if SQ stops the run which they will and them corners contain them receivers just long enough to get to the qb SQ wins could be a really low scoring game..I'm sure SP will get a few big plays they always do but if SQ can hold them to 2-3 big plays I honestly believe SQ will win..gonna be a good game if Grundy didn't have one that night I'd be huntin the stands in SP lookin for Roy and that fair book..

Does it sound like SP is counting their eggs before they hatch or everyone else commenting about this game? From looking back the last several pages it looks like we have a few of us SP people picking close wins and a lot of other fans picking us to win. It's funny how it turns into "SP is counting their chickens before they hatch." I don't see players and coaches for SP on here saying they are going to win.

I can assure you several teams in west Tennessee can do it. I like your confidence in our team, but if you think for one minute were some elite 1A team that is above everyone else then you've lost your mind.

Like I said on the other thread, I believe sequatchie is underestimating our defense especially the line. They are strong, very strong.
