Haha, not even close. 30+ years his younger, not even related (directly or indirectly), though my Dad played at DB with him. I'm a season ticket holder and DB alum with a healthy curiosity.

Well, if projected non-conference games are correct, DB will face 2 2016 state champs - in lower classes. I don't think there's a chance that DB can beat Alcoa or Farragut. Doubt they can beat Oak Ridge or GREENVILLE again. I'm looking forward to these games. They should speak volumes to the state of disarray. Make it so.

  Like I said before that's a big bite of a schedule, glad Oak Ridge is only involved in 2 of those games and that's bad enough.

Very tough schedule for DB next year. I hope the boys work hard in the weight room and get together and focus on 7 on 7 and route running. I didn't realize how much Farragut had improved until yesterday. There will be no easy game next year. The last election proved that roughly half the people in this land don't have a brain. It needs to be REAL clear. I'd bet that most of the BOE fall into that category.

I heard "if true" that someone (GS) is hoping to coach the D backs next year and turned in his resume ... They would be stupid not allow him or possibly allow him to get away ! Has Anyone else heard this ?

I know he would make a huge deference in the complete development in these DBs and Safety's - it's one of the major changes DB needs on their Football team to even think about winning any of these tough games next year !

I don't know why he isn't already on the staff. I figured they would've utilized this asset years ago.
