As a parent of one of these young men that is doing the extra workout, I want to say THANK YOU!! What you and Timmy are doing is very much appreciated! I talked to #74 right after the meeting about the off season workout schedule and he was excited to get the chance to work with you all on top of his team workout. I will say this,I can already tell a huge difference in his body! But it goes way beyond that! The fact that you all are taking time away from your families to offer help to these young men is priceless!! He is exhausted every night, but is loving every moment!! Again....Thank you all for what you do!! God Bless!!

Thank you 74.. just trying to help... We ain't the sharpest tools in the shed, but we know how to throw some iron around and in the correct way to do so, and will teach life skills in the process.

Yep...they don't worry about anything or anyone, they just continue to load the wagon.

Get this cold outta here so they can get outside and work on speed...not but so much you can do inside...Guess ya lay the ladders down and go at it
