Hello big purple machine. I got your shout out on the text line while i was on the radio the other day.  I thought you were someone I knew but whoever you are howdy!

In regards to the pole I think its a toss up between Bolivar and Milan for the 1 and 2.

I think its a toss up between SGC and Covington for the 3 and 4.

Its really hard for me to say that Westview or McNairy will not be in the mix becauase they are historically such good programs but they have a lot of ground cover... Wish all the teams the best this year its going to be a heck of a region and a lot fun to see how things shake out.

What do you guys bring back for this year?  What are your expectations for the hornets??  I didn't know you did the radio broadcasts for them. And for what it is worth... I have bought many cell phone accessories from you over the years!!

Yes sir I did change my screen name. I changed it because there was some glitch with the coacht site that it would not send my password to my yahoo account and I tried and tried to get in touch with the admins on this site and couldn't get anything done.... I eventually just created a dummy gmail account and made a new user name.

I am close to the SGC program and sometimes I probably give biased opinion but I always admit it so.... that is just that. I have a kid playing on the team. I am just like every other fan at any other school when you are a fan you are a fan!!!!

SGC returns a HUGE senior class. We only lost 4 starters from last years team. 2 on offense and 2 on defense. Its hard for me to say we are going to be " whatever " because I have not seen use play any really good competition. We have played several 7on7's but I don't count them for anything because we don't throw the ball and when you play them the defenders know the pass is coming so they back up and don't play it like they would in a real game. Also we played a few good teams this spring but we were without several of our really good player because they play other sports so its hard to tell by that as well.

We are going to scrimmage NSHS this Friday. We should be at full strength and I will have a better understanding of what we look like.

I have heard several people on this board cry about SGC not playing anyone blah blah blah.... this year simply not the case. We have a tuff schedule and we very well may have a better team than we had last year with a worse record. Who knows brother that's we play the games!!!! Thanks for the kind words and your business at my store!!!!!

      20 but had 5-6 not dressed every game. It went down towards the end due to injuries and obviously only 15 got to dress for the state tournament. Then, they only lost 2 from this year and gain 8 from the middle school for next year

      As somebody mentioned before, this is going to result in a massive lawsuit, can you imagine professional "educators" actually having the conversation about getting "the bad kids" out of the high school?  And the head coach asking directly to change grades, gets turned down, comes back again and gets it approved?  This is unbelievable.  In addition to the lawsuit, the state Department of Education is going to come down extremely hard on this.  WYSH is on the war path.  There could be dozens more lose their jobs by the time this is over.  And yeah the real shame is the kids being affected that literally had nothing to do with this and actually worked hard to earn their grades.

      I've heard Powell from someone who talked to him. I saw the kid two days ago and I should of pulled over and talked with him and wished him well where ever he goes. It will be a ale of a loss for us because I don't believe we have anyone in the stable good as him from what I seen in the spring.

      I would have to think that the firing of the 2 teachers is just the beginning of future moves.  If not, it is woefully short.  If the AC school board thinks that the damage is just limited to Clinton, they are sadly mistaken.  Any outsider would view the whole school system as suspect, and rightly so.

      Yeah. AC brass walked in to the building at Clinton and suggested that the principal start changing grades.  Honesty, the notion that anybody at AC was involved is just idiocy.  The ones who are hurt most are the kids who weren't involved in the cheating, but still are being penalized by college admission decisions and scholarship consideration simply because they went to a school that was involved in such a scandal.
