Yes it's true, and there have been a couple of names mentioned that would be considered "good" choices. One is close to the system but wishes his name not be mentioned...the other is Riley (MS coach). None of this has come from administration, but from "in the know" public. Brown has been there for a long time, but finally low mouthed (rumor) kids long enough that the administration had had enough. McNairy graduated their best player, not a lot coming back and have to face Adamsville 2X a year in District play starting this year and losing to Adamsvile is bad juju for McNairy. Good luck finding someone this late who wants in with Southside, Lexington and now Northside and in county rival Adamsville. Makes no sense who ever is in charge is killing the program.
