If they were 0-7 and getting bad officiating they would complain to . As far as sing goes thru wasn't saying much at all about him but it's easy to remember the bone head zebras screwing us out of that game in 07he was main culprit

I havent really heard them complain about "bad" calls on the radio. I hear them complain about how the refs start getting flag happy and drag the games on and on.

I agree that the comments aren't to professional. But I also agree that the language from the student section was pretty bad. I know the coaches wouldn't condone it. MHS showed their dominance tonight. The freshman quarterback is getting some great expireance.

I wish they wouldn't play Maryville either it's not even worth playing them every yr. Why don't Maryville go play in private school league or go independent and play teams out of state cause nobody can match up with them it's same crap every yr I'd like to see us go down to 4a or 5a and quit playing 6a ball

Agreed.  I was pretty impressed with him, considering he is a freshman.  He stood in there and took some big time hits in order to complete passes.

Don't know about tonight, but the refs weren't the reason why WB lost to Maryville in 2007. Three dropped interceptions were more of a culprit. Plus, if you kick it down the middle, this conversation never happens.

I did not get to attend but did listen to the wb broadcast a while. That guy did a good job and seemed fair enough given who pays him. Other than the whining wb fans (I've heard it for years) and the tasteless cheer from the murvil students (I've heard that for years), how did the game go? Any kids that stood out. It sounded like 81 for murvil finally got a ball or two thrown his way. How bout the other wr's? Or the young freshmen and sophs on both teams? The backup qb's?

WB's freshman QB looks pretty solid and the younger players as a whole seem to play hard.

My brother went too and he kept pointing out WB's senior players and how apathetic their body language looks and I just nodded my head. That seems to be a problem every year. Our star senior players almost never have any fire. Things will never change at WB unless star players step up as leaders.

I cant help but think this year would be way different right now if the seniors had played and acted like seniors this year. Oh well, maybe next year.
