Well it’s been a couple years since the last time we across the river to Athens.  We hold a 3 game win streak against McMinn with a tight 21-20 win last year. The last time we went to Athens I remember it was an ugly game with Rhea winning 29-0 and Coach Pemberton pulling the players off the field with out doing the post game hand shake with the tension between the two teams being pretty high. This year I look for Rhea to continue the winning streak. McMinn is pretty young but has some good talent. I don’t think it will be like last year but I don’t see us mercy ruling McMinn either.

Yeah battle of the 2 worst homecooking high school teams going at it! Rhea fan talking bout another team with bad refs.

What is funny about Rhea County fans complaining about the officiating is that the same association calls both teams home games.

You might be mistaken Tribe Fan. Rhea uses  Hamilton County officials for all their sports.

If Rhea uses Hamilton Co. it's a recent thing because they used the Athens officials for years. 

And folks please don't confuse "homecooking" with incompetence, which is what I saw at McMinn year before last. Those were without a doubt the worst officials I have ever seen. There were horrible calls against both sides which lead to all the tension and the game almost got out of hand. Also the first time I seen an officiating crew argue amongs themselves about calls.

The only thing worse than a Cleveland fan crying about the refs is a whiny Bradley fan.
