Correct. The only time being the higher seed matters is in the first two rounds, or in the third round if two teams from the same region meet up.

Updated. I don't follow 1A that closely. Like i said before, this is based on current standings of this week from Coach T. Oliver Springs is sitting at #5 so thats the reason they were left off. Still alot of football to be played.
