I could be wrong but I thought they went 2-8 one year.

I think he means disappointing as in expectations.  Not so much worst overall record.

Jasper went 1 and 9 in 2011. They lost to Lookout Valley, Copper Basin and Grace Baptist that year.  They barely beat LV in 2012 and it was close in 2010.
