Games tonight:  Huntland-Eagleville, MC-Fayetteville, Cascade-Cornersville    All these should be close .  Will take Huntland, Moore Co., and Cascade  Does Fayetteville have PG back?

Dont know if this what you are looking for but both times I've seen FC #3 has been starting pg. Saw them Tuesday night

Do you think they can beat Clarkrange or Pickett? That should answer your question

It will be a tall task. With that being said, if you go back to last season in this same thread, no one was giving Eagleville a shot to beat Clay County in a Substate game.

Huntland has the best guard play in 8A by a mile and they are the deepest team. Can the same be said when they match up with Pickett and Clarkrange? That is yet to be seen.

Huntland undefeated in district play, do you think they will go to state?

State is not the goal for them yet. 3 more district games,The district tournament, region tournament should be their focus. Upsets happen every year they need to be focused one game at a time. Get a home sub state game and anything could happen. 7 and 0 in district play, keep it going in the right direction.

Coach E runs a good little trap. You better have some ball handlers or you will be very frustrated

To me it appeared that the 3/4 court trap stuff was fairly ineffective last night. Once they got out of it, they pretty much packed the paint against Eagleville’s post players and Eagleville were still only able to muster maybe 2-3 3 pointers.

Neither team shot it well and the the margin of victory was pretty much at the FT line.

These could meet two more times before season is over. Huntland has better guards and Eagleville better posts. Contrast in styles.
