One thing in your guys favor is that Malcolm Dandridge won't be on the court for Memphis East. That will help you guys out a little.

If you want to win state, your gonna have to go through them anyways. Nobody remembers where you finished unless you got a gold ball in your case. Ask Brainerd

Nope. The Commercial Appeal from Memphis had an article 2 days ago that said he was done for the rest of the season.

Cleveland got blessed by having to play the great team in state without their best player, that's an opening then at hopefully cleveland can take advantage of

I thought East’s best player was James Wiseman?  I know Dandridge isn’t playing but Wisema isn’t either??

 I would think if you're considered the best player in the country you'd, by default, the best player on your team.

I just got a little confused when he said Cleveland got blessed by getting to play East with their best player out. I thought it was pretty obvious Wiseman was their best player.

Best advice...try to do what Bolton did..Stall..hold the ball...limit possessions...question is though, do you have the guard play to do that. If not, East wins that game by 20

The past few years East's guards were their strength. This year it's not so much. Wiseman has really played more focused and stepped up in the postseason. Dandridge played hard and took up space. With Dandridge out, I think Wiseman has taken it on himself to dominate the game.

Yes ... he has. He's an NBA player playing in high school right now because that's just were he happens to be in this stage of his life. East's guard play is pretty solid. Go on NFHS and watch the Whitehaven vs East game, It's available to veiwed for free under the On-Demand section of the site. 

You might think that East is suffereing without Dandridge ... but actually, Wiseman now gets to patrol the paint and the guards can extend thier defense because he's so athletic that he can block shots and not get into foul trouble. Without Dandridge ... he has mor room to operate.

In the words of Yogi ... "He's not your average Bear!".
