Plus throw in the fact that it was never called the whole regular season. I know Dusty can ruffle feathers but I know To blow up like that there was something else. He coached and umpired many years at all levels even college. So you can’t tell me he did not know what was going on to just blow up at that level. Like I have Said earlier. Where is the punishment and accountability to the umpires who did not follow the rules and make the call during the regular season.

This doesnt justify him acting like an ####.  Some of these boys will think it's ok to yell, spit, and cuss someone they disagree with.  There's no justification for what the coach did, none!

Thanks for your input. But learn to read. I have Never condoned how he reacted. So go back to sleep since you have no real input.

What some people fail to realize is that nobody is condoning the actions by Dusty Rhodes on the field that day. Also nobody is saying that the Umpire involved with the ejection of Dusty Rhodes did anything wrong in any way. What people are continuing to fail to understand is that if the hybrid stance was a point of emphasis all year long why was the pitcher in question not confronted one single time all year long by umpires in multiple associations over the hybrid stance? Inquiring minds. who were just shaking the bush, want to know.

That's a discussion that needs to be had with those other umpires, not the one who accurately enforced the rule.
