Cornersville dealt with having 1st year starters last year but I feel that having a year under their belt will benefit them.  Hopefully these players learned a lot last year to fuel that desire to get better and do better than we did last season (not saying last year was bad or anything). I know they had a lightning fast tail back that I think is back. He will be hard to contain.

They have kids that are talented.  I think the youth didn't help out too much last year.  Can't wait till all of this kicks off this year.  Ready for some high school football.

We should make a run in the west this year beings a few teams lost a few seniors. But I still think we are a year away from going to Cookeville for a couple of years in row.

I feel like these younger kids that are coming in can do what the 17 and 18 Cornersville Bulldogs did.  I have heard that there is a lot of talent that are making their way up in the next few years.  I hope this is true because I have gotten used to the winning.

This freshman bunch will be outstanding their junior and senior years if they stick together. Those kids have a phenomenal record since flag football. Since that bunch has been together they have only lost 3 games( I could be wrong on the loss total but not by much) through junior high.

Nope. Not this year. Maybe next but I'll put my money on the sophomore class. Those kids are beasts. After that class, Corntown drops off significantly. HC may want to start exploring other schools. City would be a great spot for him. He could win a gold ball there.

I think Lake Co wins state next 2 years if they stay healthy and dont transfer.Super sophomore running back and freshman qb that is going to maybe be best play.I thought junior speedster Abbott would take over for Tubbs but Dae Dae is special.But both play a lot.Theses guys play Dyersburg,Northview,Three Oaks,teams that are much larger and are 3A and 4A in high school
