Can anyone shed some light on what happened with Ethan Hylton at 138? He was tearing it up at the beginning of the season and now doesn’t compete at regionals? Has a head to head win over Landon Fisher region 1 champion.

From what was said he was caught cutting weight during weigh ins and was disqualified. Fisher was 2-1 against him this year.

I heard a story through the grapevine that an opposing coach went to find a referee and pointed him out specifically. Was hoping someone had a better explanation of exactly what happened, and the situation of “cutting weight”.  Hate to see any kid get left out of the state tournament.

Unfortunately the championship for 220 happens in the semis. How Davis doesn’t get the 3 seed Is beyond me.

i think we see the championship in the semis at 170 as well. between Brezna/Morissette/Pietarila
