Or they had a bigger name that applied and they didn't want to waste the man you speak ofs time.  Definitely will be an interesting hire. Not sure the next coach can win ENOUGH to be seen as doing a great job with how everything went down.

They have some extremely good candidates! Guys that absolutely can win enough. Everything that "went down" is 100% on the previous coach...he did it to himself period. What you do is move on with the best coach you can get for the program and don't look back.

I can't think of any prominent assistant's with "several rings"....   I'd have to hear a name to believe that.

Well said! This doesn't ring a bell at all. Ironically, I do know they have a great pool of candidates and should find a solid coach. We'll stick with the facts

Several rings and Head Coaching experience? Hard to find those coaches anywhere. I doubt they would turn away someone with that resume if the actual existed. Names would be helpful.

Sounds like they are describing Coach Steve Britton, but I 'think' he is happy at Tullahoma.
