Not saying it's true but many times interviews are dog and pony shows. Principals already know who they want.

It is a person that  sells a product with a lot of promises and the product does not work and the promises are never kept.

Shad has been successful every other place he's been.   It will be a battle for anyone to win with open zoning in Blount County and Maryville, Alcoa, and Greenback to compete with for players.
