No way should we try and compare this years team to last years. We are starting a bunch of young kids. LC will get better with time. Got the first win and a region win. In no way is this team a top 5

I agree that nobody should try and diminish what Coach Puckett did in LC during his tenure here. I think  a poor use of words were used and he didn't mean it the way it sounded anyway it's needs be dr

The covidcation is over for both teams! Expect some sloppy football but LC should win! Last time Dresden came to LC as an underdog they blew the scoreboard up...won’t happen this time! Donkey is recovering from a long offseason and won’t make an appearance until later in the year! Not to worry he’s doing just fine...he did say rehab was for quitters!

I don't know about that. West Carroll and Greenfield might have something to say about it. I really excited to see the Falcons in action. I really don't know what to expect from LC this Friday. It's hard to get a feel for them with all this covid mess. LC does return a few starters and several kids with alot of game experience. Not sure what Dresden has back this year. I do know that Coach Quinn is excited about this team and that's a good sign. The game is at Lake County and I believe that LC will win the game.

Dresden by 14!!!! Actually, I have no idea what Dresden has this year. My nephew graduated last year so I have no idea what our team will be like. His comment when I asked him about this years team was, and I quote "they are going to suck". Take that with a grain of salt. We are pretty young, I do know that.

The Champion Lake County Falcons have lots of new changes, but to me, with the players having the right attitude & habits, it shouldn’t matter who coaches. Shoot, just wind ‘em up and watch them do their thang! And Falcons do have “the right stuff” for sure (awesome examples of being 1A’s champs!), & will have their talons sharpened & ready to claw our Lions up. A repeat Gold Ball with them Rings is definitely their ultimate goal! But maybe grilled bird stew will fill the bellies of the Lions instead, similar to Buster Douglas’ surprise  KO of Mike Tyson! Anything can happen! Should be a doozy! .. Sadly I must be out of town for this game. I still hope to be able to go to as many Dresden games as possible, even though I’m not living in Dresden area anymore I am close enough to attend ... IF there are any tickets available that is. GO LIONS! May everyone stay healthy & injury free! .. Lions 30- Falcons 24

      Im asking everyone to keep roy whited and his family in your prayers. Coach whited won back to back state championships at white county in 98-99. He is very well liked and respected in this area. For those of you that dont know he went missing 3 days ago. No one knows where he is. His truck was found in a rural part of the county. Thanks again. We are all very concerned.

      I say that because he stepped out of a MUCH better situation on his own than he would see at least his first 3 years at DCA and it would take at least that much to bring him back to coaching. There are other fish in the sea, but again money talks. Need to fix the girls hoops too. Now I'll try again. Who has Pierce locked in for his staff? Hearing a McGavock man but not the Iceman.

      I’ve heard mostly good things from the gridiron. Lots of optimism. It sounds like the portal has mostly helped, though there are a few expected defections. Comeback year!

      Rudesell 1 year at Crockett. Coach Tate 2 weeks a Bradford. South Gibson supposedly going with jcs middle school coach. Which isn’t who I thought would get it, I know the top 2 was between him and Obion girls head coach.
