Last I seen on other threads the teams on what might be the bubble to go down to 1A are Peabody, Trousdale, McKenzie, and possibly Union City. Maybe it was just talk but was some possibilities

Huntingdon is a fuzz above 400 so we're probably moving up. Union City moving down is a joke. They get their pick of athletes from a 4a population. No town with a Lowe's should be 1a. Union City should have to play at least 3a.

Lol believe me bud I ain’t hurting and you ain’t speaking the truth.

There wasn’t a team in 1A that could have beaten Trenton Peabody the past two years. Especially last year. It would have been hard to find a 3A team that could have beat them with the exception of Alcoa.

Not saying it either way, but Peabody beat Meigs in the state championship by almost exactly what South Pittsburg beat them by and South Pittsburg didn't even make state in 1A.

I give Peabody the edge, but 1A and 2A are more competitive than a lot of people give credit for.

As for 2019 Peabody, they were incredibly talented, and would've beaten most teams in the state up to 3A except for Alcoa, Pearl Cohn, and Covington.

Since we are doing scores Milan beat Covington and we beat the brakes off of Milan so by some of these guys logic we beat Covington

    • Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
    • I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
