Yep. Looks a lot like Union City. We played them opening game. Running clock to start third quarter. No disrespect to Obion because they looked better this year than last, but Peabody is just another animal. It will take someone across the river to beat Peabody and I don’t think it happens, but Peabody needs to clean up the penalties and TO’s before the playoffs. Had two or three scoring possessions wiped out by penalties.

We need new refs the penalties have been garbage the last several games. This same line didn’t have any holding calls for the most part of last year. They think if you pancake someone or block them off the line downfield it’s holding.  I’ve heard they are having trouble getting refs and it shows.

See you can hold anyway just have to do it in the chest area. I was on the fence and couldn’t see the calls. I know Peabody is watching it on computer on sideline. You can tell in the third quarter too. They make adjustments maybe better than any team I have ever watched. It is going to take someone across the river to play with them and I don’t think they can beat them.

When I saw the beat Gibson Co earlier in the year that made me think Gibson Co couldn’t be very good surprised the Pioneers hung in with Wavo.

I thought the same thing too. Easily will be the worst team we play all year. GC will at least give a fight to us. Obion looked like they just showed up to get it over with
