HALLS @ CENTRAL-2nd TIME AROUND

Halls will be hurting after this game. The same thing happened last year when Gibbs upset Central. They met a few weeks later and Central took them out back and wore them out. I predict the same thing to happen this week. Central will win this one easily. No other comments are needed. Halls, congratulations on a good year, but your season comes to an end on Friday night.

I can't imagine Halls winning this, but it's certainly possible.

Halls is disciplined and eager. Central has plenty of playoff experience. Both teams are well coached. Going to be a great game.

Agree, and I'm a Central fan! I'll admit I was totally surprised when we dropped the first game to them. We were missing people at key positions (as most teams have experienced this year), but I just didn't see that loss coming. Halls has a good team, probably their best in some time, just think Central will prove to be better when both teams are at full strength. But anything can happen on any given night. Good luck to all the playoff teams and "may the covid not be with you"!

Don't think anybody is pounding on their chest.  Halls played a perfect football game the first time, and Central made unCentral like mistakes that I don't think they'll make this time around.  

And y'all know I have no ties to either school, so it's simply how I see it.

im gonna go central 27-10. halls has a good team this year but I can’t see them beating us 2 times. The last game they played their best game of the year, and central was without some players. also, after complaining about simbeck and his play calling he has seemed to work some things out. if the offense can play Atleast decently then cookeville is a real possibility.

Scott has the Halls program turned around.  Its been an odd year for everyone, but I believe them being a 1 loss team is being overlooked.  With that said, I think central wins this rematch.  However, Halls does not lose a lot next year, and will be the 3rd year with the head coach.  I expect them to step up to that next level next year where they are with the best teams in Knox County.

One of the best coaches I ever had the opportunity to interact with.  Good guy, really good football coach.  Coaches don't win state championships unless they know what they are doing.

I think this will be a great game. It's hard to beat a good team twice in one year. This is a natural cross town rivalry too. I don't have a dog in this fight but good luck to both teams.
