SweetScience
I wonder if “Big John” will be there driving the DB fans insane by yelling out “fear the spear!!” ALL game long like he did in 2012??

strongx
Alco had many more better players when the game started several weeks ago as murvil was pretty young. Now, I’m not so sure. Other than Carroll, murvil has the next best 3-4 players. Any coach is not wise saying his opponent is not as good as a team the opponent beat. I understand the point, but that should be reserved to the locker room IMO. Even Lebron/MJ looked for xtra motivation. Should be a fun game! I have to agree with coach on this one but like you said why say that to the media? bad move in my opinion. HTV
What I want to know is how in the world did Maryville even stay on the same field with the team the DB coach is referencing? Must have been a miracle. Sometimes it's best to keep ones mouth shut, even if one believes something to be true. Words can come back to haunt. I see that happening tomorrow night. Great example of little brother complex, in my opinion.

Anyone on Maryville’s roster has as many offers as Isaiah Cox does from Alcoa?

Is WaCoJa working with the DB this week helping out since he downs them so much. Maryville a different team in the playoff put all the static to the side. Going to be fun hearing his post game lol
