Yep ... I mean it's a reload ! I don't know what JV and Freshman have looked like , does anyone have insight on what they looked like ?

I mean with westridge playing DB and DB reloading , it could be a crazy scene if the Wolves beat ole DB their first year .... I just hope we don't hand SHill the conference next year because we are reloading !

Maryville was impressive on offense.  Noah Vaughn is a weapon.  Carson Jones played great.. Offensive Line blocking well. Great team win.

DB just did not play that game , overlooked them I guess ! DB should have whipped them , but again Stacy Carter finds ways and if he ends up coaching West Ridge , it will end up being a hated rivalry lol

Don't make me say it again. SH ran the ball 5 times the entire game. Scored 31 points.

NO .... lol Maryville held Mcminn to 2 points at Mcminn .... I wanted DB because I knew DB's QB , RB and Offensive line would be a great Challenge and prepare us for what is ahead of us . Sounds like maybe a Band Dad you was talking to because I promise you Maryville wasn't thinking what that guy told you .

Or what would have been even funnier.You should have told him you was from the tricities and a Boone fan.Yet you're setting on Maryvilles side but always posting on the Tribes topic cause your team really sucks.Yeah,That would have been funny!!!

lol ... What's true is that we had no problem with Mcminn Co at Mcminn co ... 2 pts ... If I came to coach T with every rumor or statement I hear from A DB fan trying to imply this is DB'S Entire team and fan bases thoughts or feelings you all would Laugh your #### OFF ! I have a DB buddy that is WAY OUT THERE !! LOL . You trying to imply that the entire city of Maryville and their football team  " Didn't want any of Mcminn co. " because you heard it while you was getting a Hotdog ... is just hilarious .

McMinn had a great year but their just to one dimensional plus about 15 players for Maryville didn't make that trip down there. I would have to ask out of curiosity how many of the people down there at the Health Department in Athens reviewed their home fire policy this week.

      RR, you might remember. Didn’t someone hide the kicking shoe that game? It seems I remember we had missed a kick the week before, and we needed all the points we could get. We thought we had a better chance going for two, so $?&@$ hid the shoe after the first miss that game. No one on our sideline looked for it very hard.

      I will never forget the 1983 Heritage vs Maryville game. I remember driving home and listening to WGAP. Can't remember the announcers name. He asked Coach Story why he kept going for 2? Story told him " Why didn't you ask Renfro that last year"

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
