Good luck to you guys tonight Yeti.

Thanks man, I hope you pull it out as well. I believe if your team can keep composure and play a 4 quarter game you can pull it out. Matters alot how a team responds at this stage after getting behind a score. If panic mode sets in that alot of times is the end. Good luck.

Hopefully we don’t get behind. It would be nice to lead the entire game. :)

Not necessarily. With Pearl Cohn from Region 5 moving out and Milan Region 7 moving out. I still think we have a shot in 3A in West. Then there’s Alcoa....

If Redbank doesn't play them fairly close this afternoon they likely won't be touched this year. Next year who knows.

We should be in the same situation next year. Nobody will keep us from playing for a shot at cookeville next year.

East Nashville and Fairview would be your biggest roadblocks to getting to the semis. Covington will probably be waiting. That’s a tough one. But honestly with Milan and PC moving up the west side just got a lot easier in 3A b

Seems East Nashville has a ton of athletes but I think the lack of discipline on the field will cost them. They was holding steady with Pearl Cohn then just fell apart. We know Fairview like the back of our hand just like they know us. Nothing has to be said about Covington we all know what they hold year in and year out. I’m excited to see what the next couple of years hold for us.

    • Wanted to see if all of you would lift up Kyle James family in prayer. Kyle was one of the best wrestlers to ever come out of Soddy Daisy and as some of you know he lost his house a few weeks ago and now his family and friends mourns his passing. Not sure if any of you were around in early 2000’s when Kyle was wrestling at Soddy, but he was a 3 time state champ and a Fargo AA along with going to Colorado to train to make the Olympic team. That goal was never reached due to medical issues, but he was an amazing wrestler and his family is as good as gold. If you were around at that time and have any pictures of Kyle, please go onto Alexy Winesburgh FB page and post. Thanks, Doug Benton
    • My opinion the 8 teams will be-  Greenback, Wartburg, Gordonsville, Jo Byrns, Eagleville, Bruceton, Dresden, and South Fulton. Gordonsviile is probably the favorite but I wont say it will be an easy road. With the right draw any of the 8 could win it.
    • I understand Gibson Co. will be announced tomorrow with a familiar name. Not sure about So. Gibson.
    • A huge addition to the staff today! Former Hardin Valley legend and Richmond College running back Aaron Dykes was announced as the running backs coach. Rushed for over 3,000 yards at HVA, with 35 total touchdowns. I loved watching in Hardin Valley. I can’t believe he’s at Bearden now. I know he was trying to get a HVA job, I don’t know what happened there and how he ended up at Bearden, but I'm glad he’s here and believe he will be teaching art class as well! What a good get for the staff!!
    • Thoughts? Gordonsville won it last year with a sophomore pitcher and returned almost everybody. Can anyone beat them?
