Did the qb jones quit basketball i havent seen or heard anythi g about him and the kid can play. Was just curious

We'd get our rear ends kicked in a bench press contests. Got several that benches over 200. They work extremely hard  but its a slow grind moving up. For my part, I don't care what they lift, its the dedication and the willingness to how up and give it their all. We've got a bunch like that.

I'd rather have the deadlifters myself.  More overall power comes from the core and lower half

He's bulking up for football season.

It will be physical for sure, we just can't contain Jones.

Agree ,bench is fine but give me power clean ,squat and deadlift.

You'll have to check out our jr high softball team. Savannah is gonna be pitching some for the 8th graders.

YOU OPEN WITH PF THEY WERE TOUGH OUT LAST YEAR, LOST A TON OF GOOD PLAYERS. SCOTT MEADOWS COULD FIND A HOME THERE. DOGS WILL HAVE MORE TALENT SOUNDS LIKE BUT MEADOWS IS GONNA BE A TOUGH OUT.
